Account opening and customer detail amendment made simple by using there Emirates ID card. No need of printing and filling the forms , verification proof or archival of papers. Simply Insert the EIDA card and the data will be updated with the click of button


Bye Bye to PIN Mailer - Simply Insert your ID card to verify your self. Once the data is validated customer will be requested to Insert the ATM / Credit Card and enter the PIN he / she wish to set. System will activate his / her card and create and create PIN for the card.

Smart Branch Transformation

IVR PIN Creation - System will check if the customer is enrolled to IVR and accordingly prompt the customer to enter or create IVR PIN. Allow customer to interact remotely for any assistance

Self Authentication - Effective way to make teller transaction for existing customer simply using ATM card and PIN to authenticate themselves and do the required teller transaction. No need of ID, passport proof . For non cus-tomer digitally read and store the emirates ID.
